Why stay in Whistler Creekside?
Whistler Creekside is a quiet alternative to Whistler Village.
It features all the essentials, including restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, and more.
The Whistler Creekside gondola is also accessible from Creekside Village, steps from Lodging Ovations’ properties.
Does the Creekside Gondola run year round?
WINTER: November to mid-April *
SUMMER: Mid-May to October Thanksgiving long weekend *

How far is it from Whistler Creekside to Whistler Village?
DISTANCE: 5 kilometres / 3 miles
TIME: 10 to 15 minutes by bus or taxi ride
Is Creekside really quieter than Whistler Village, and is it still convenient?
Yes! Creekside is a calmer, more relaxed base with fewer late-night crowds, making it ideal for families, couples, and anyone who wants a good night’s sleep.
You’re still only a short drive or bus ride from Whistler Village, so you can dip into the action when you want it and retreat to a quieter home base when you don’t.
What shops and services in Creekside are within walking distance of the hotels?

Where do I check in, and when can I check in and out?
- Check-in time: 4 PM
- Check-out time: 11 AM
Is Legends pet-friendly?
- No: Legends does not allow pets. Legends has a no-pet bylaw, and pets (including emotional support animals) are not allowed on the property.
- Evolution is Pet-Friendly: Evolution, our pet-friendly hotel located very close to Legends, is where you can bring your furry friend with you on your trip to Whistler.

Is parking available on-site?
- Yes! Legends has a heated underground parking garage.
- Parking fees: $22 + tax per vehicle per night.
- Garage parking space: 2.2 metres / 7 feet 6 inches deep
Is there somewhere to park my oversized vehicle?
- Yes. However parking it not secure and we recommend that oversize vehicles are left at home.
Is there bike storage?
- Yes! There are bike racks on the P3 area in the secure underground parking lot.
- Swipe Key: Bike storage is accessible with with a swipe key.
Is there ski storage?
- Yes! Guests lockers are located on the lobby level.
- Locks: Guests are provided with the combination code for their corresponding locker by the Front Desk.
- Deposit: A $20 deposit is required, which is refunded once the lock is returned.
What are the hours of the pool, fitness room, media room and alpine room?
- Pool, Media & Games Rooms: 9 AM to 11 PM
- Fitness Room: 7 AM to 11 PM
Are there BBQ's at Legends? Can I reserve these in advance?
- Yes! There is a common BBQ with BBQ utensils for guest use on the pool deck.
- Priority: Available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Does Legends have wireless internet? If so, what is the cost?
- Wireless Internet (WiFi): Complimentary for guests
All of the connection details are listed in the information binder of your mountain home.
Do you have daily housekeeping?
- Yes! We remove trash and change towels daily.
- Yes! Bed sheets are refreshed every third day.

Is Evolution pet-friendly?
- Yes! Evolution does allow up to 2 pets per unit (max. 45 kg./100 pounds)
- Pet fees: $26 per night + tax
- Amenities: Fees includes pet amenities!
Is parking available on-site?
- Yes! Legends has a heated underground parking garage.
- Parking fees: $22 + tax per vehicle per night.
- Garage parking space: 2.2 metres / 7 feet 6 inches deep
Is there somewhere to park my oversized vehicle?
- Yes. However parking it not secure and we recommend that oversize vehicles are left at home.

- Yes: Evolution, First Tracks Lodge and Legends all have EV charging stations in their underground parking garages.
Do Lodging Ovations properties have pools and hot tubs for guest use?
- Yes: Evolution, First Tracks Lodge and Legends all have pools, hot tubs, and other amenities for guest use.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?
- Yes: Dusty’s Bar & BBQ is located in Legends (access from outside)
- Lunch & Dinner: Open winter, spring and summer. Closed in the fall.

(from mountain opening until Creekside Gondola closure).

Do you provide coffee?
- Yes! Each property has their own coffee maker.
- We provide one package of coffee available for your arrival.
- Coffee makers use baskets. No need to use coffee filters!
- Packages of coffee are available at our front desk ($3.50 + tax per package)
If I am not travelling can I pay for another guest's reservation? (friend, family, co-worker)
- No. We do not accept third-party bookings.
- The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in.
Can I pay for my room charges with a Debit Card?
- No: Effective December 1, 2024 Lodging Ovations stopped accepting debit card payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- ATM: For your convenience, the nearest ATM is located at Scotiabank, which is a 5-minute walk from our hotels.

Is smoking permitted?
- No: Smoking is not allowed inside any units or on balconies.
- Fines: Fines for smoking vary depending on damages involved. A $200 fine is applicable for violation per Whistler By-Law.
