Booking & Cancellation Policies

Written Deposit Policy

JANUARY 5, 2026- APRIL 11, 2026*
Deposit: No deposit required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

APRIL 12, 2026 – MAY 14, 2026*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

MAY 15, 2026 – July 31, 2026*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

AUGUST 1, 2026 – SEPTEMBER 6, 2026*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

SEPTEMBER 7, 2026 – NOVEMBER 19, 2026*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

NOVEMBER 20, 2026 – DECEMBER 17, 2026*
Deposit: First night deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

DECEMBER 18, 2026 – JANUARY 3, 2027*
Deposit: First night deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

JANUARY 4, 2027 – APRIL 10, 2027*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

APRIL 11, 2027 – May 13, 2027*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

May 14, 2027 – July 31, 2027*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

* Flexible booking policy cannot be used or later applied to reservations made in conjunction with a specific promotional offer (which requires advance purchase and is entirely non-refundable and non-changeable from the time the reservation is made).

Policies & Procedures

ARRIVAL:

Check-in time 4pm

DEPARTURE:

Check-out time 11am

CHECK-IN:

  • Check-in time is 4pm located at Legends Hotel, 2036 London Lane, Whistler, BC.
  • Know your license plate – underground parking is available for $22/night.
  • Have a valid Credit Card – Visa, MC, AMEX. A damage deposit of $50/night is required at check-in.
  • No pets at the check-in desk.
  • All Lodging Ovations properties indoors and outdoors are non-smoking/vaping.

Pool Deck & Recreation Spaces

POOL DECK & BBQ HOURS:

Legends Whistler: 9:00am – 11:00pm.

Evolution Whistler: 10:00am – 10:30pm.

First Tracks Lodge: 10:00am – 10:00pm.

GYM HOURS:

Legends Whistler: 7:00am – 11:00pm.

Evolution Whistler: 7:00am – 10:30pm.

First Tracks Lodge: 5:00am – 10:00pm.

Housekeeping

Full-service housekeeping is available. However, if you do not wish to have staff enter your suite, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

Lodging Ovations recognizes its duties and responsibilities under the British Columbia Human Rights Code, as amended (“Code”). Where applicable, nothing in these terms, conditions, and/or policies limits an individual’s ability to seek reasonable accommodation based on their protected characteristic(s) including, without limitation, age, in the provision of accommodation, service or facility offered or managed by Lodging Ovations. To the extent that there is any conflict between these terms, conditions, and/or policies and the Code, the Code shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
