Father’s Day $100 Gift Card Giveaway (Instagram & Facebook) – Official Rules
Presented by Lodging Ovations
1. Sponsor
This contest (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lodging Ovations, located at 2036 London Lane, Whistler, BC, Canada.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Lodging Ovations or affiliated companies (including Vail Resorts) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
The Giveaway begins on June 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on June 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook and:
- Follow @lodgingovationswhistler on Instagram or Facebook
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag a father figure in the comments
Entry Guidelines:
- One (1) entry per person
- No purchase necessary
- Entries that are incomplete or non-compliant may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A $100 CAD Whistler Blackcomb Gift Certificate
Prize Conditions:
- No cash value or substitutions permitted
- Prize is non-transferable
- Gift certificate may be used toward purchases at participating Whistler Blackcomb outlets (e.g., lift tickets, dining, retail)
- Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries on or around June 15, 2025.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter and must respond within 7 days.
To claim the prize, the winner must:
- Meet eligibility requirements
- Correctly answer a skill-testing question
- Accept the prize as awarded
Failure to respond or meet requirements may result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Lodging Ovations the right to use their name, social handle, and giveaway-related content for promotional purposes — without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and in accordance with Lodging Ovations’ privacy policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Lodging Ovations, Vail Resorts, Facebook, Instagram, and their affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability or claims arising out of participation in this giveaway or prize use.

11. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
