Whistler PEAK 2 PEAK 360 Experience

If you haven’t checked out Whistler’s Peak 2 Peak Gondola yet, it’s a must do. Bring the whole family and take a day to experience the beautiful sights and sounds of Whistler’s mountain-tops. The gondola ride offers a stunning 360-degree view of Whistler’s surrounding backcountry. A Peak 2 Peak Alpine Experience ticket lets you visit both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains in the same day, while being treated to a spectacular bird’s eye view of the forest, mountains, valleys, and glaciers.

The 360 Experience is more than just spectacular views. Once on the mountain top there are other things to do: dine on the rooftop of the world with views of the ski slopes and surrounding peaks, watch and learn about the record-breaking lift machinery in the Peak 2 Peak Viewing Gallery, and enjoy the Samsung Alpine Theatre.

Family Après at Whistler Olympic Plaza

Sometimes it’s hard to skip all the après fun that Whistler can offer. That’s why the Resort Municipality of Whistler have decided to hold a 3pm -6pm Family Après! Held on every Monday and Wednesday until March 29, 2017 at the Whistler Olympic Plaza. Finish a day on the mountain with the kids or skip skiing and just go enjoy some free entertainment and kid-friendly activities. Surrounded by snow and sparkling lights, Family Après is all about experiencing winter outdoor fun with your kids, the Canadian way. Remember, Family Après is an outdoor event so unfavourable weather could cause cancellations. Check in with the Village Hosts on the day for the latest information.

Make sure to check out the Olympic Village on Sunday nights as well. The Fire & Ice Show happens at 6:30 every Sunday until April 2nd! Come check out live entertainment like DJs, fire dancers, and athletes doing tricks through rings of fire! Definitely something not to miss out on, see you there.
