General Accommodations FAQ
Do you have daily housekeeping?
Yes, we provide daily removal of trash and changing of towels, if necessary. Sheets are refreshed every 3rd day.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, each property has their own underground parking garage. Parking is $22 + tax per vehicle per night.
What are the height restrictions for your parking garages?
Legends: 2.2 meters/7’6 feet,
First Tracks Lodge: 2.3 meters/7’8 feet,
Evolution: 2.2 meters/7’6 feet
Do you provide coffee?
Each suite has their own coffee maker and Lodging Ovations provides 1 package of coffee upon guest’s arrival. The coffee makers use baskets, there is no need to use coffee filters. The front desk has coffee available for $3.50 + tax per package.
If I am not travelling can I pay for another guest's reservation? (friend, family, co-worker)
No, we do not accept 3rd party bookings. The credit card holder must be present at the time of check in.
What is the standard minimum length of stay requirement at Lodging Ovations properties?
Typically there is a 2 night minimum on Friday night and a 3 night minimum on Saturday night. Holiday periods and event days can have up to a 7 night minimum length of stay requirement applied.
Do you have a restaurant onsite?
Yes, Dusty’s Bar & BBQ is located in Legends (access from outside) and operates for lunch and dinner in during the winter, spring and summer and closes in the fall. Breakfast is available during the winter months (from mountain opening until the Creekside Gondola closes) from 7 AM – 11 AM.
Do Lodging Ovations properties have electric vehicle charging stations?
Yes; Evolution, First Tracks Lodge and Legends all have electric vehicle charging stations in their underground parking garages.
Is smoking permitted?
No, smoking is not allowed inside any units. Fines for smoking indoors will vary depending on damages involved. Smoking is not allowed on the balconies; a $200 fine is applicable for violation per the By-Law.
Do Lodging Ovations properties have pools and hot tubs for guest use?
Yes; Evolution, First Tracks Lodge and Legends all have pools, hot tubs and other amenities for guest use.

Can I pay for my room charges with a Debit Card?
Please be advised that, effective December 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting debit card payments at the Lodging Ovations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For your convenience, the nearest ATM is located at Scotiabank, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask our front desk staff.
Legends Whistler FAQ
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Is Legends pet-friendly?
No, unfortunately, Legends does not allow pets. Legends has a no pet bylaw and pets (and emotional support animals) are not allowed at the property. Please consider staying at Evolution, our pet-friendly hotel, where you can bring your furry friend with you on your trip to Whistler.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, Legends has a heated underground parking garage. Parking is $22 + tax per vehicle per night. The garage is 7 Feet 6 Inches / 2.2 meters.
Is there somewhere to park my oversized vehicle?
Yes, however, it is not secure and we recommend that oversize vehicles are left at home.
Is there bike storage?
Yes, there are bike racks located on P3 in the secure underground parking lot. It is only accessible with a swipe key.
Is there ski storage?
Yes, there are guest lockers located on the lobby level. Guests are provided with a lock for a $20 deposit which is refunded once the lock has been returned.
What are the hours of the pool, fitness room, media room and alpine room?
The pool, hot tubs, media and games rooms are open from 9 AM to 11 PM, the fitness room is open from 7 AM to 11 PM.
Are there BBQ's at Legends? Can I reserve these in advance?
Yes, there is a common BBQ and BBQ utensils for guest use located on the pool deck. The BBQ’s are available on a first come first serve basis.
Does Legends have wireless internet? If so, what is the cost?
Yes, it does have wireless internet at no additional fee. All of the connection details are listed in the information binder of your mountain home.

Guests staying at Evolution will check in at our sister property Legends just one block away. The address is 2036 London Lane. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Is Evolution pet-friendly?
Yes, Evolution does allow up to 2 pets per unit (max. 100 pounds) for a nightly fee of $26 plus tax. This fee also includes pet amenities.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, Evolution has a heated underground parking garage. Parking is $22 + tax per vehicle per night. The garage is 2.2 meters / 7 Feet 6 Inches.
Is there somewhere to park my oversized vehicle?
Yes, however, it is not secure, and we recommend that oversize vehicles be left at home.
Is there bike storage?
Yes, there are bike racks located on P1 in the secure underground parking lot. It is only accessible with a swipe key.

Yes, there is a common BBQ and BBQ utensils for guest use located on the pool deck. The BBQs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Creekside FAQ
Why stay in Whistler Creekside?
Whistler Creekside is a quiet alternative to Whistler Village, it features all of the necessities including; restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store and so much more. The Whistler Creekside gondola is also accessible from Creekside Village steps from Lodging Ovations’ properties.
Does the Creekside Gondola run year round?
The newly upgraded Creekside Gondola runs daily for summer operations from mid-May through the Thanksgiving long weekend in October. The Gondola then starts spinning daily for the winter season at the end of November until mid-April.

How far is it from Whistler Creekside to Whistler Village?
Whistler Village is 5KM/3M North of Whistler Creekside, which between a 10-15 minute bus or taxi ride.
How do I get from Whistler Creekside to Whistler Village?
Guests can choose to use Whistler’s public bus system, The Wave. The cost is $2.50 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk or on the bus. The wave runs 22 hours a day only breaking between 3 AM and 5 AM, It can be caught at the stop located outside of Legends. Guests can also choose to take a taxi, this costs approximately $12 and can accommodate up to 6 people.
