Booking & Cancellation Policies:

WRITTEN DEPOSIT POLICY:

NOVEMBER 20, 2024 - DECEMBER 19, 2024*
Deposit: A non-refundable one night's room and tax deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation outside of 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night's room deposit. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

DECEMBER 20, 2024 - JANUARY 4, 2025*
Deposit: A non-refundable one night's room and tax deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation outside of 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night's room deposit. Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

JANUARY 5, 2024 - APRIL 12, 2025*
Deposit: A non-refundable one night's room and tax deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night's room deposit. Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

APRIL 13, 2025 - MAY 15, 2025*
Deposit: No deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

MAY 16, 2025 - SEPTEMBER 2, 2025*
Deposit: A non-refundable one night's room and tax deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation outside of 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night's room deposit. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 - NOVEMBER 20, 2025*
Deposit: No deposit required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount.

*Flexible booking policy cannot be used or later applied to reservations made in conjunction with a specific promotional offer (which requires advance purchase and is entirely non-refundable and non-changeable from the time the reservation is made).

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN TRAVELLING TO CANADA:

Planning to visit Whistler Blackcomb this winter or spring? Canadian restrictions + requirements related to COVID-19 have been relaxed – here’s the latest key things to know:

  • Travellers no longer need to submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website prior to arrival into the country.
  • Visitors no longer need to carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation.

ARRIVAL:

Check-in time 4pm

DEPARTURE:

Check-out time 11am

CHECK-IN:

  • Check-in time is 4pm located at Legends Hotel, 2036 London Lane, Whistler, BC.
  • Know your license plate - underground parking is available for $22/night.
  • Have a valid Credit Card - Visa, MC, AMEX. A damage deposit of $50/night is required at check-in.
  • No pets at the check-in desk.
  • All Lodging Ovations properties indoors and outdoors are non-smoking/vaping.
     

IMPORTANT PAYMENT UPDATE:

Please be advised that, effective December 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting debit card payments at the Lodging Ovations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For your convenience, the nearest ATM is located at Scotiabank, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask our front desk staff.

PLEASE NOTE: 
 Some property facilities such as Pool & Hot-tubs, Fitness Rooms, Sauna, Steam Room, Media Room, and Kids & Games Room may be closed without notice during off-peak periods to perform regular maintenance and/or due to weather related operational maintenance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in these matters.
 


 

HOUSEKEEPING:

Full service housekeeping is available. However, if you do not wish to have staff enter your suite, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
