Our Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions
- Rate compared must be for the exact same property, unit type, number of guests and in the same currency
- Payment and refund policies must be identical
- Arrival and departure dates must be the same
- Rate must be available to the general public, no corporate discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, consolidator or interline prices, or prices available only by using a coupon or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public
- Does not apply to credential, negotiated, convention/meeting, award redemptions, coupon, package, or travel industry rate programs
- Best price guarantee does not include rates on websites where the property remains opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding
- Best price guarantee does not apply when rates are entered in error
- Documentation of the lower priced offer will be required
