Get your mountain escape on the books with a no-pressure booking policy, plus more flexible deposit and cancellation policies for this summer and next winter arrivals. Rest assured if plans change, we’ve made them easy to adjust or cancel.

As a part of property-wide expanded safety guidelines, certain amenities may not be available at this time. Please contact the property directly for the most up-to-date information.

 

Booking & Cancellation Policies:

WRITTEN DEPOSIT POLICY:

APRIL 17, 2022 - DECEMBER 15, 2022*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 7-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
*Flexible booking policy cannot be used or later applied to reservations made in conjunction with a specific promotional offer (which requires advance purchase and is entirely non-refundable and non-changeable from the time the reservation is made).

DECEMBER 16, 2022 - JANUARY 7, 2023*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 45-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.

JANUARY 8, 2023 - APRIL 9, 2023*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 30-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.

COVID-19 Travel Advisory - Update:

As of April 8, 2022 in accordance with BC Provincial Health Orders, guests are no longer required to provide proof of vaccination to access businesses, events and services in B.C. Full details are available here.

In accordance with the BC Provincial Health Orders, face coverings are no longer be required in indoor settings, including in our gondolas, restaurants, lodging properties, restrooms, retail and rental locations, and public transportation.

Whistler Blackcomb has and continues to comply with COVID-19 health recommendations from Vancouver Coastal Health, the Province of British Columbia and Provincial Health Authority. More information can be found HERE.

Closely following guidance from Federal, Provincial, and Local Health Officials, aligning best practices with our industry cohort, and building upon our own substantial brand strengths, our dedicated team of hoteliers have worked hard to implement comprehensive processes, including enhanced cleaning procedures, strict personal hygiene protocols and a long list of updated operating procedures where safety will always eclipse efficiency.

Masks are recommended in the lobby and all public settings. Please maintain physical distance while checking-in and in the proximity of other guests. We are requesting only one member of your group to check-in at the Front Desk. If additional guests will be arriving separately, please obtain keycards and parking pass(s) upon check-in. 

UPCOMING CREEKSIDE CONSTRUCTION

Please be advised the Whistler Mountain Bike Park Creek Zone, Creekside Village Skiers Plaza, including Dusty's Bar & BBQ, will remain closed during the Creekside Gondola upgrade construction project. Please expect on-going construction noise Monday through Saturdays from April 19, 2022 – September 5, 2022. (approximate end date). See all FAQs here >

Please Note:  
Some property facilities such as Pool & Hot-tubs, Fitness Rooms, Sauna, Steam Room, Media Room, and Kids & Games Room may be closed without notice due to weather related operational maintenance and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

IN-SUITE: 

Some non-essential items have been removed including: All magazines, guest directory and phone book.

GUEST REQUESTS:

For amenities such as cribs, highchairs, etc., please submit your requests a minimum of 72-hours prior to arrival to check availability and allow for Covid-19 related safe delivery protocols. Please email loreservations@vailresorts.com including all booking and requested items(s) details.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Mid-stay housekeeping services will be provided following your 3rd night’s stay as a standard; however, if you do not wish to have staff enter your suite, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. We recommend housekeeping or engineering staff enter vacant rooms only; however, if service is requested in an occupied room, we kindly ask for adherence to PHO indoor setting orders including safe physical distance and recommended masks for both staff and guests to keep each other protected.

One night non-refundable deposit
