Get your mountain escape on the books with a no-pressure booking policy, plus more flexible deposit and cancellation policies for winter arrivals. Rest assured if plans change, we’ve made them easy to adjust or cancel.
As a part of property-wide expanded safety guidelines, certain amenities may not be available at this time. Please contact the property directly for the most up-to-date information.
COVID-19 Travel Advisory:
Whistler Blackcomb has and continues to comply with COVID-19 health recommendations from Vancouver Coastal Health, the Province of British Columbia and Provincial Health Authority. In accordance to recently issued government mandates, effective Wednesday, August 25, all individuals over the age of 12 are required to wear a mask indoors and on gondolas at our resort. BC is in Step 3 of the Restart Plan. During Step 3, travellers from across Canada are invited to visit BC.
Canada’s borders opened to fully vaccinated American travellers on August 9, 2021. Effective September 7, 2021, fully vaccinated international travellers can visit Canada. Learn more on the Government of British Columbia’s website.
Beginning September 13, 2021, proof of vaccination will be required to access discretionary services in British Columbia. This mandatory requirement applies to all residents and visitors. Full details are available on the Government of British Columbia’s website.
Booking & Cancellation Policies:
*For Stays April 5, 2021 - December 16, 2021
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Any changes made to a reservation within the 48 hour window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
*For Stays December 17, 2021 - January 1, 2022
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 45 day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
*For Stays January 2, 2022 - April 16, 2022
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 7 day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.

At Lodging Ovations we are deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of our Owners, Guests, Employees and our local Community. Closely following guidance from Federal, Provincial, and Local Health Officials, aligning best practices with our industry cohort, and building upon our own substantial brand strengths, our dedicated team of hoteliers have worked hard to implement comprehensive processes, including enhanced cleaning procedures, strict personal hygiene protocols and a long list of updated operating procedures where safety will always eclipse efficiency.

We are currently unable to support early check in times due to timing restrictions between reservations and additional cleaning protocols in place.
Check out time 11am
We are currently unable to support late check out times due to timing restrictions between reservations and additional cleaning protocols in place.
Please follow signage, floor markers and new protocols to support physical distancing while checking-in. We are requesting only one member of your group check-in at the Front Desk. If additional guests will be arriving separately, please obtain key cards and parking pass at check-in for your guests.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
Check-in for all properties is at Legends Hotel, 2036 London Lane, Whistler, BC.
Masks are required in all public spaces including around the pool deck, during check-in, in the parkade. Know your license plate, have your booking credit card available.
*Opening hours vary by property: Max capacity based on available furniture pieces for all pools.
Legends Whistler: Operating hours 10:00am - 11:00pm.
Evolution Whistler: Operating hours 10:00am – 10:30pm.
First Tracks Lodge: Operating hours 10:00am – 10:00pm.
Please Note: Some property facilities such as pool deck and hot-tubs may be closed for seasonal preventative maintenance and upgrades and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
BBQ ACCESS: Same as pool hours above.
GYM: Fitness room, capacity based on number of equipment pieces available, must be prebooked.
CLOSED: Sauna, Steam room, Movie room, Games room
Some non-essential items have been removed including: All magazines, guest directory and phone book.
Crib, Highchair. Please submit all request a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure all safety protocols can be followed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org including all booking and personal request details.
Daily housekeeping will not be provided during this time.
