WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN TRAVELLING TO CANADA:

Planning to visit Whistler Blackcomb this winter or spring? Canadian restrictions + requirements related to COVID-19 have been relaxed – here’s the latest key things to know:

  • Travellers no longer need to submit public health information through the ArriveCAN app or website prior to arrival into the country.
  • Visitors no longer need to carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation.

Booking & Cancellation Policies:

WRITTEN DEPOSIT POLICY:

JANUARY 8, 2023 - APRIL 9, 2023*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 30-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
*Flexible booking policy cannot be used or later applied to reservations made in conjunction with a specific promotional offer (which requires advance purchase and is entirely non-refundable and non-changeable from the time the reservation is made).

APRIL 10, 2023 - MAY 18, 2023*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 7-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.

MAY 19, 2023 - SEPTEMBER 4, 2023*
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit*. Any changes made to a reservation within the 14-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.

SEPTEMBER 5, 2023 - NOVEMBER 22, 2023*

At Lodging Ovations we are deeply committed to the health and wellbeing of our Owners, Guests, Employees and our local Community. Closely following guidance from Federal, Provincial, and Local Health Officials, aligning best practices with our industry cohort, and building upon our own substantial brand strengths, our dedicated team of hoteliers have worked hard to implement comprehensive processes, including enhanced cleaning procedures, strict personal hygiene protocols and a long list of updated operating procedures where safety will always eclipse efficiency.

ARRIVAL:

Check-in time 4pm

DEPARTURE:

Check-out time 11am

CHECK-IN:

  • Check-in time is 4pm located at Legends Hotel, 2036 London Lane, Whistler, BC.
  • Know your license plate - underground parking is available for $17/night.
  • Have a valid Credit Card - Visa, MC, AMEX. A damage deposit of $50/night is required at check-in.
  • No pets at the check-in desk.
  • All Lodging Ovations properties indoors and outdoors are non-smoking/vaping.

 Operating hours 10:00am - 11:00pm.
Evolution Whistler: Operating hours 10:00am – 10:30pm.

Please Note:  
Some property facilities such as Pool & Hot-tubs, Fitness Rooms, Sauna, Steam Room, Media Room, and Kids & Games Room may be closed without notice due to weather related operational maintenance and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Full service housekeeping is available. However, if you do not wish to have staff enter your suite, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
