We also specialize in planning your exclusive business meetings and retreats. A four-season resort like no other, Whistler offers breathtaking views that might make you decide to break for the afternoon – at 4,000 ft. Conference Facilities

Please note that all conference space is at Legends, only steps away from First Tracks Lodge (100 meters) and Evolution (1 block).

  • We have a total of 2200sq ft of meeting space which can be set up as one large space or split into two smaller spaces (1000 sq ft & 1200 sq ft)
  • Our space can comfortably accommodate groups of all sizes, from 10 – 160 people
  • Our team will take care of all the set up details to suit your event needs whether it be a boardroom style meeting, classroom, theatre or social reception

Our dedicated group planning specialists will work with various local catering companies, and in partnership with Whistler Blackcomb, to customize the needs of your group. From a continental breakfast before hitting the slopes in the morning, to a fully catered 5 star meal, we have it all covered. Check out some sample menus below:
