- All menus in this package are available year round
- Whistler Blackcomb can cater "hot" menus at Dusty's Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
- Please speak to your Whistler Blackcomb Sales Representative for all details regarding booking a Catered event with us
- 2 weeks prior to your event-Final Menu & beverage choices required
- 72 hours prior to your event-All final #'s will be required
- A deposit will be requested by your Whistler Blackcomb Sales Representative

- We will provide drop off delivery, set up and return pick up. This is included in menu pricing.
- We provide service staff for buffet set up, buffet service, and clean up. Should you require additional staff for your event, a charge of $15.00/hr X a 4 hr minimum will be charged per service staff.
- Whistler Blackcomb Catering is responsible for linens on buffet setup only. We do not box skirt the buffet tables. A legend is selling the meeting space and is therefore responsible for the linens on the meeting tables, if required.
